Tom was great! His tours are “customized” to the clients individual interests, while maintaining a core “must see” curriculum! Tom is extremely well researched and passionate about showing you the Tallinn that is off the typical “tourist tours”. I was fortunate to arrange a personal tour with Tom and despite the freezing cold temperatures 🥶 (dress appropriately!), I thoroughly enjoyed and learned so much about this historic and beautiful city!
